KXP-2 Small-bore Compass Inclinometer

 

Purpose:

 

    This instrument is specially used to measure the point angle and azimuth of the drilling. The data on inclination is the most necessary documents for the drilling's acceptance. JJX-3A Inclinometer

   Purpose:

    The instrument is specially designed for measuring the slant angle and the azimuth angle of a borehole which should be uncased and free from any magnetic disturbance. These two parameters to be measured are the requisite information to control the direction of drilling in order to avoid any accident in the course of drilling. In case of directional drilling, to control the drilling direction and the inclination of the borehole is particularly important. Azimuth angle of a borehole is the angle between the magnetic north and the projection line of the borehole on the horizontal plane. The reading should be counted from the magnetic north in the clockwise direction to the line of projection of the borehole.

    Slant angle is the angle between the borehole and the plumb line.

JJX-3B Inclinometer

  Purpose:

    The result of inclination measurement is the necessary document for drilling's acceptance check. In the course of the drilling, in order to control the direction and protect form accidents, it is required to judge the inclination degree, so that we can take actions. The requirement is higher for measuring inclination in orientation of drilling. The JJX-3B well inclinometer is a special facility for measuring drilling degree of inclination, its result is shown by point angle and azimuth angle. The drilling's direction is the included angle between the projection of water level and the magnetic north. The magnetic north is shown as 0℃ and it is calculated from the magnetic north the clockwise direction to the line of the projection. The point angle of the drilling is the included angle between the drilling and the plume line.

    It is only suitable for use without magnetic interference and un-down bore casing in the drilling.

    JJX-3B well inclinometer is more applied to precise measurement for vertical hole or small point angle hole.
