Purpose:  

 

    JJZ-1A  Four-pen Automatic Logging Instrument is suitable to used in coal field, metal, hydrology drilling and other global physical logging. The Recorder may be used separately, too matched with  other devices to record all kinds of curve. The recorder includes Four-pen Recorder, power supply and control parts, depth indicator, pulley on mouth of well and so on.

JHQ-1 Portable Well Logging Inclinometer

    This instrument is suitable to be used in geophysical well logging, such as coalfield, metal, drilling and etc. It records the curves of different parameters. It consists of recorder, power supply, measuring range controller, depth indicator, regulator power, pulley of pithead and etc.

JFS-1

Single Channel Scintillation Radiation Well Logging Instrument

 Purpose:

   This instrument makes use of a probe composed of sodium iodide crystal and photo-electric multiplier to convert gamma ray into electrical quantity to be measured. It is used to measure the gamma ray strength of the rocks in the boreholes of coal, metallic minerals in the course of geophysical prospecting so as to determine the properties of the rocks and thereby find out the quantities of the radioactive elements in order to carry out the quantitative analysis of the minerals.

    When the instrument is provided with the radioactive source and lead screen chamber, the strength of artificial radioactivity of the rocks can be measured (gamma-gamma or neutron-gamma), thereby density of the rocks or porosity can be indirectly calculated out.

    The instrument should be operated in conjunction with Model JBC-2 Automatic Well Logging Instrument or Model JDC-1, JDC-2 Electronic Automatic Well Logging Instruments.

    All the measured parameters can be automatically displayed by the recorder.

  7. The down hole probe is hermetic. It can withstand a pressure of 200Kg/cm2 without leak. The max-depth of borehole is 1000M.

     As surface console and down hole probe are provided with low-voltage stabilizers, no voltage adjustment is necessary. Total consumption is ¡Û50mA.

JC3-1A Tri-lateral Well Logging Instrument

 Purpose:

    The instrument is one kind of the well logging instrument of resistively method using collecting electrodes. Its features are: strong capability of differentiating layers, little influence on adjacent layers. Clear response of curves change in the mud well of high degree of mineralization and of high resistance thin layers. Under the condition for shallow immersion, when the thickness of the rock layer is greater than the length of the electrode system, the measure apparent resistively of the rock layer is near the real resistively Rt. If micro-lateral logging is further taken, the real resistively of the surface can be determined

    The instrument can be used in well logging for the exploration of coal, metallic minerals and underground water.

JJY-2 Caliper §¶500-1200

Purpose:

    JJY-2 Caliper is an instrument specially used to measure the average diameter of well bore. It's four measuring legs closely cling to borehole wall when they are being lifted, as if there are two rules measuring two diameters that are perpendicular to each other. It records depth curve of bore diameter through sensor which changes into electric signal and the signal is sent to the ground instrument by cable. It's widely used in measuring of pore-creating for well drilling and hole filling piles.

The hole diameter curve can be measured as follows:

  1. Determine how much cement is needed when the well is cemented and properly choose the fixed position for annular tube.

  2. Provide necessary information n hole diameter for later well log interpretation and radioactive well log interpretation.

  3. Interpreter collapse of position of a pore well.

  4. Provide information on analysis when quality of pile foundation is examined or measured.
