Purpose:

 

    It is mainly used to check the bore diameter quality of filling pile for the projects of high building, bridge, airport, high-way, seaport and wharf. Package may be used to detect the bore diameter, depth, vertical extend of bore, appearance of the borehole wall, and the dreg thickness on the bottom of bore.

   It has been widely used in architecture, communication, rail way and water conservancy in the past ten years.

JJC-1B

Purpose:

May improve the efficiency and quality of determination project.

    This system is designed basing on JJC-1A. It consists of two-pen automatic well logging equipment, four-leg caliper, logging winch and other necessary equipments. The advantages of this system are portable and practical. It has been widely used in high buildings, bridges, highway harbor and etc.

JTG-1A

Underwater Concrete Height Location Detector

 

Purpose:  

 

    By adopting the sensor structure that is suitable for running under water and the determination method that fixes the sensor under water, this instrument makes the constructor can control the concrete height location accurately when the pile is filling. JNC-1 Dreg Tester

 

Purpose:

 

    Dreg thickness is one of the important index of the hole forming quality. This equipment cooperates with JJC-1A Detecting System for Bored Concrete Pile. It takes the special-designed microelectrodes system and newly-designed circuit, so it detects the dreg thickness precisely.

WSPIT  WIRELESS SMART PILE INTEGRITY TESTER

 

Purpose:  

 

    The Pile Integrity Tester performs low strain integrity testing, alternatively called Sonic Testing, Pulse Echo, or Transient Response. It may be used to test concrete piles, drilled shafts, augured piles (CFA), concrete filled pipe piles, and on occasion timber piles. The test can be easily and rapidly performed, making it economically  feasible to test every pile on site. The PIT can detect the presence and  location of potentially dangerous defects such as cracks, necking, soil inclusions or voids and can determine pile length.
